Nightmare Packs is a wolf roleplay, made up of three different alignments, all fighting against one another to gain the most power.
There are no claiming grounds. All lights will go to the light lands, all darks to the dark lands and all neutrals to the neutral lands.
C-Box is located near the bottom of the site.

Ok, everyone MUST read these, or face my violent CAPITAL LETTERS! Yeah, brand new site, brand new rules!
In General:
- Please don't bicker OOC, thou IC fighting is allowed! - Please don't spam and try to keep your posts at least 3 or 4 lines long. - Before you post IC, post your character description in the 'Characters' board and wait for it to be approved - please have your display name match that of you wolf - In your siggy you can post your stats, or just giberish, your choice - Up to five characters per account - If you have more then one account, please post the character application with the account you will be playing the character on - ALL in character posts must be around 200 words! You don't have to count, but please try to get it over 200. - All character pictures MUST be small enough to fit in the screen. If I see one that I think is too big, I will resize it, with your permission or not.
Characters:
- Make your Characters name's fit them, don't have like a dark evil wolf named Sunny, it just doesn't work. - No weird colors, please keep it in the range of greys, blacks, whites, tans, brown, and maybe some shades of golds (not like metallic) - Please keep your charrie to its element, don't have a dark going off and making friends with lights and then having them frolic through the fields. Your wolf may change alignments, thou this will not happen very often, and if you are interested in you wolf changing, PM me. - YES to wings and elements. NO jewelry, metal limbs. Note: It is possible that your wolf has had human contact in the past, but please don't have some beloved house pet prancing through the wilderness, the only things that are ok are small ear tags or a tracking collar, but please don't get carried away. -New characters can be mature wolves ( 3 years at least). You may make a pup but make it over 3 months.
Ranks:
King - the top of each alignment, they control EVERYTHING that goes on in the land of their alignment.
Queens - the chosen mate of the king. They are the highest ranking fea in their pack, or if chosen by the lord, in their alignment
Alpha Male - Leader of one of the lower packs
Alpha Female - the chosen mate of the Alpha Male.
Female - A female wolf who lives with the pack
Males - A male wolf who lives with the pack
Warrior - A male that is in charge of protecting the area
Whelp - the youth of the pack, mostly the offspring of the lord
Rankings 2:
- The lord has rule over every one on his lands, and gets to decide who can breed and who can not. - The Queen that is chosen by the Lord has the highest rank of all the females in the pack. They have just as much right as the King. - If the lord or king thinks that a female of his harem had bred with another male, he has the right to kill the pups, or any pups in the pack - Warriors are usually the grown offspring, thou can be a non related male
Village:
- There are three villages, one for each alignment - The lord has control of the village of his alignment - The king has control of his terra
Breedings:
- Wolves mature at 3 years - Must be done in the breeding grounds - Can be graphic or none graphic depending on what you want - The Lord has breeding rights to ALL faes on his terra and in the village of his alignment
Birthing:
- Must be done in the birthing grounds - Post this for both parents - Wait three real days before the pups are born
NOTE: POST IT IN THE BIRTHING THREAD!, and I (only me) will decide and post the colors, genders, and number of pups. I could also be mean and give them disabilities. Muhaha - Once the pups are birthed, you must post the descriptions I gave you in the 'Puppies' board. You also need to give them a name, alignment, and personality NOTE: ALL new pups MUST have an alignment! If the person who ends up roleplaying that pup doesn't like its current alignment, they can change it later in the pup's life. - Once they reach 3 years, they are no longer considered pups. Then you will need to make a new account depending on how many pups you wish to roleplay, or post them in Unwanted Characters, and maybe someone will take them. - PLEASE NO MALES IN THE BIRTHING GROUNDS!
Since people are having a hard time with this, I have provided an example in the birthing area.
Fighting:
- Fights can be to settle any disputes or arguments if you so wish - In stead of the phrase 'I read the rules', put 'Alone I walk in the valley of death' when you post in the Characters board. This is the codeword ~If on member of the fight does not reply in over 3 days, they lose. ~The first post by each wolf will have no fighting in it. After that, each wolf will have 5 more posts each to fight.
Batchlors & Virgins: (Momentarily gone bye-bye)
- Batchlors are brutes who don't want to live with the rest of their alignment, so they all live in one terra and fight for rank amongst them selves. - Virgins are the same as Batchlors, thou are faes instead of brutes - Brutes can leave the terra to try and fight for the position of Lord or King - Virgins can be taken from their terra by a Lord or king looking for faes, but usually band together to prevent this - The first fae/brute in the terra is the Lead, and gets to deside whats goes on in her/his terra
Seasons:
- Every other week is a season - Every spring, your character ages one year (I will be keeping track of this) - Breedings can occur in Fall and Spring - Birthings can occur in Spring and Summer

Heirs:
If you are a Lord, and have a pups, you can make him or her your heir.
- You can have more then one heir - Once your character dies, your heir gets to be lead - List them in order of which pup you want to be first in line - The heir does not have to be related to the lord
